Three kinds of water meter measurement: mechanical measurement, ultrasonic measurement and electromagnetic measurement.
1、 Mechanical measurement
Mechanical measurement, its principle is simple and intuitive. When the water flow through the water meter, drive the internal blade rotation, rotary movement through a series of precision mechanical structure into the pointer on the dial movement, so as to achieve the measurement of water flow. This measurement method has been used for hundreds of years, but it is still widely used in water management scenarios because of its high reliability and low maintenance costs.
2、Ultrasonic metering
Ultrasonic metering using ultrasonic propagation characteristics in the fluid, installed in the pipeline at both ends of the ultrasonic probe, non-contact measurement of water velocity and pipe diameter. According to the flow calculation formula, the system can quickly and accurately calculate the amount of water through the pipe. This measurement method not only has a high degree of accuracy and stability, but also can effectively deal with complex water quality environment, such as impurities or bubbles in the water flow, to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
3、Third, electromagnetic measurement
Electromagnetic measurement is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, through the measurement of water flow through the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic signal to calculate the amount of water. This method does not require direct contact with the water flow, to avoid mechanical wear and tear and impurity interference, so it has the advantages of high precision and good stability.
