Commercial non-contact IC card gas meter, consisting of controller, base meter and valve, is used to measure the gas flow in the pipeline, and at the same time, it has prepayment and control functions. Users will give the gas bill to the management department, the management department will write the purchased gas quantity into the IC card, users will input the information in the IC card into the gas meter, the gas meter will automatically open the valve to supply gas, in the process of users' use, the micro-computer in the gas meter will automatically reduce the remaining amount of the gas meter will automatically close the valve to cut off the gas after the purchased gas is used up, and the users need to re-purchase the gas after swiping the card in order to open the valve to supply the gas.
